Synopsis
THE SOUL OF THINGS follows the birth, life and death of a sculpture from Carnival, the most important street party and cultural event in Rio de Janeiro. The film, which is attached to the afro-brazilian mythology, brings a metaphor for creation through an inanimate figure brought to life by the hands of the artists.
