Synopsis
After an upbringing of Western assimilation, a Korean-American woman attempts to connect with her cultural roots by conjuring up a mystical creature from an ancient Daoist recipe. In this journey, the themes of disconnected families, language barriers, and spiritual longing merge in a circuitous limbo.
