Through sublime animation based on thousands of watercolors, a little girl finds refuge in the love of her dog, and the two grow up together while the mother lives her life to the fullest. An intimate, simple, and unassuming story, except that La Perra speaks to us of an innate, vital feminism, the kind that lies at the heart of our choices and actions, far beyond the roles we play in society.

À travers une animation sublime fondée sur plusieurs milliers d’aquarelles, une petite fille trouve refuge dans l’amour de sa chienne et les deux grandissent dans la compagnie l’une de l’autre pendant que la mère vitpleinement sa vie de femme. Une histoire intimiste, simple et anodine, si ce n’est que La Perra nous parle d’un féminisme inné, vital, celui au cœur de nos choix et de nos actions bien au-delà des rôles que nous avons dans la société.
