Synopsis

Romanos bar is the only café in the town of Aboadela: a small place in a valley in the North of Portugal. Here we meet a group of young men who pass the time playing cards at the village’s only café, talking about a future that seems to lie elsewhere. Some seem to search for a way out of the town, while others have accepted that it is what it is.
