THE SHARK'S EYE
Synopsis
This is a film about Maicol and Bryan, two inseparable friends in the forgotten Greytown, on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua, a village isolated from the rest of the country by a dense jungle and a dangerous sea. Their days spent hunting and playing together will soon be finished, this summer will mark the end of their childhood and an abrupt journey into adulthood as they start to work. Maicol’s father, Popa, an old fisherman and former Civil War soldier, is in charge of introducing both children to the shark hunting trade. Bryan and Maicol wander around and explore their world. There is the sea, the jungle, and maybe a girl. And there is also a crew with a camera. So, a film is born.
